Research Profile

Dr. Fabian Engler ist seit 2014 Akademischer Mitarbeiter am IPW. Nach seinem Studium der Politikwissenschaft und Volkswirtschaftslehre an der Ruprecht-Karls-Universität Heidelberg wurde er an der Universität Bremen promoviert.

Seine Schwerpunkte in Lehre und Forschung liegen in den Bereichen Politische Ökonomie, Wirtschafts- und Sozialpolitik in etablierten Demokratien, Politik und Parteienwettbewerb in Deutschland, Abstimmungsverhalten von Abgeordneten sowie quantitative Methoden.
